Please check the packaging when the goods are delivered and check that the air conditioner is delivered standing upright. If the air conditioner was delivered upside down, or on its side, it will still operate but it must be left standing upright for at least 12 hours before being operated.
If the packaging is damaged, possibly due to incorrect handling of the goods in transit, please contact our office as soon as possible (see contact information below) during office hours, no later than 3 working days after delivery.
If you can, please use a mobile phone to send a photograph of the goods as delivered to you. Our engineer will provide guidance on how to check whether the goods are in a satisfactory condition for use. If necessary we will arrange for replacement goods to be sent you and for the damaged goods to be returned.
